SHIPPING

PROCESSING
PROLURE produces in small runs. Orders are made after a drop closes, which is why our timelines are longer than a warehouse brand's.

DELIVERY TIMES
Standard — 3 to 4 weeks after your order is processed.

These are production plus transit times, not transit alone.

TRACKING
You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number the day your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start updating.

MULTIPLE ITEMS
Orders with several pieces may ship in more than one parcel as items finish production. You'll get a tracking number for each, and the packing slip will say when a parcel is part of a larger order.

WRONG ADDRESS
Check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll re-ship it once you cover the return postage.
